The Hen laid its second egg yesterday and Alhumdulillah (thanks to God) it was sitting on the egg. Inshallah she holds out. I also put the first one back hoping it didn’t go bad in the cold.
When I got home the squeaker waqs hungry, thus it started squeaking at me for food.. so basically I took it inside the house and offered it feed from my hand which Alhumdulillah it took.
Pigeons are creatures of habit they get used to certain procedures. This morning i again didn’t offer it much food, it probably still has food in its crop so I’m hoping its hungry this evening. I’d like it to realise I’m its friend so its not afraid to land near or around me, basically because theres notmuch space where I have my pigeons.
Also I’m going to see how much feed it needs, requires.. yesterday night i gave it as much as it wanted to take thus I’ll see if its hungry tonight if not then I know to reduce the amount of feed. But as its young I also need it to gain full strength as We don’t want old weak pigeons.
